The Kursaal Room has retained its historical look with important bas-relief stuccoes recalling typical Art Nouveau subjects, four huge brass chandeliers and a series of wall sconces. The carpeted floor guarantees perfect acoustics, even at high volumes. The room is equipped with a large screen (if required), a sound system with four Bose speakers and a mixer for microphones or other audio outputs.

Offering direct access from the open-air car park, the Sommaruga Room is the largest on Floor -1. The all-white walls and blue carpeted floor guarantee a clean and functional work environment. It is equipped with a large screen, a ceiling-mounted video projector, a sound system with Bose speakers and a mixer for microphones or other audio outputs. The room can even be divided into two parts by means of a sound-absorbing movable wall.

The Gaudi Room has white ceilings and walls with grey striping to match the carpeted floor. The LED lighting is warm and well diffused, with the option to exalt the illumination by strategically switching on certain wall lights. One part of the room, divided by a large column, can be used for coffee stations or exhibition stands. The room is equipped with a door that connects to the Klimt Room, via a sound-absorbing movable wall that can be fully opened.

The Klimt Room receives good light from outside through large, fully-extending glazing that can be darkened. White ceilings and white walls, combined with a grey colour band to match the carpeted floor, ensure a clean and functional work environment. A sound-absorbing movable wall divides the Klimt Room from the Tiffany Room, with the option to form one large room if required.

The Tiffany Room is connected to the adjacent Klimt Room with a soundproof wall that can be fully opened. The room has white ceilings and white walls with grey striping that matches the carpeted floor. The LED light is warm and well diffused, with the possibility of strategically switching on certain wall lights. It is equipped with a large motorised screen and can be set up as an auditorium, classroom or round table in accordance with client requirements.
